Christian Ramirez

Christian joined Dacra in 2023 as Senior Controller and assumed responsibilities of Chief Accounting Officer in 2024. In his capacity as Chief Accounting Officer, Christian oversees the company’s financial reporting, compliance, risk management, and key financial functions including accounting, tax, audit, treasury, corporate finance, and investor relations. He plays a vital role in assessing both organic growth and acquisition opportunities, while ensuring adherence to industry regulations.

Christian previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for Tricera Capital, a Miami-based real estate investment firm specializing in value-add urban retail properties in the southeastern U.S. In this role, he was responsible for managing a portfolio of over 30 assets, spanning 2.5 million square feet, with an aggregate asset under management (AUM) of over $700 million, acquired over a five-year period. Before this, Christian held senior accounting positions with two leading South Florida development firms: The Related Group, and The Allen Morris Company.

A true Miami native, Christian attended Florida International University and The University of Miami where he earned a B.B.A in Finance and a M.S in Accounting, respectively.
