Aileen Garcia

Aileen Garcia is the Vice President of Human Resources for Dacra and Miami Design District Associates. Garcia is responsible for overseeing the company’s talent and people strategies, culture and diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, compensation, retirements benefits, talent acquisition and development as well as regulatory compliance and risk management. She is passionate about creating an environment where employees can thrive. Combining her experiences in people management and executive leadership, Garcia serves as a strategic advisor to the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President determining key HR policy decisions, management directives, and identifying organizational needs within the companies.

Throughout her career, Garcia has managed the human resources functions for companies in a wide variety of industries including, technology, construction and development, property management and F&B. Prior to joining Dacra, Garcia served as Human Resources Generalist for Terranova Corp. and Director of Administration at Teleswitch.
