Chad Williard

Chad Williard is the General Counsel for Dacra. He advises on all legal matters related to Dacra and its development projects. Previously, Williard served as the General Counsel of Luxe Residential (formerly DLC Residential, LLC). Prior to this, Williard was the General Counsel of Gatlin Development Co., Inc. for six years and later served as an independent outside consultant for the company. From 1998 to 2008, Williard was a Managing Partner of Carlos, Williard & Flanagan, P.A. Williard earned his J.D. at University of Miami School of Law and his B.A. in Economics and History from Emory University. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
