Steven Gretenstein is the Chief Operating Officer of Dacra. Along with Craig Robins, Mr. Gretenstein sets the overall strategy for the company - overseeing its corporate positioning, operations, brand development, financial positioning, and the roll-out of individual initiatives. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of all areas of the company pertaining to real estate development and sales, property management, and investment. Mr. Gretenstein is also responsible for the financial oversight of all subsidiaries in the Dacra family of brands including: Dacra Global, Design Miami/, Bridge House Studio and Bridge House Events and Hotels.

In addition to serving as Chief Operating Officer for the corporate entity, Mr. Gretenstein also serves the President of Dacra Global Ltd., a Hong Kong based company. Dacra Global is engaged in several projects in China and is pursuing opportunities in a variety of markets across the globe including Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Mr. Gretenstein joined Dacra in 1994 as Chief Financial Officer and assumed the responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer in 1997.
