Building off the success of hospitality projects on South Beach, Dacra oversaw the development of commercial centers in Miami Beach including Lincoln Road. By acquiring properties, undertaking new construction and cultivating the right tenant mix in these centers, Dacra creates thriving cultural and economic centers. Moreover, through cultural programming including art, music and performance, Dacra encouraged the neighborhoods around its projects to coalesce.
